President appoints new professors

On Monday 16 June, the Grand Auditorium of the Karolinum in Prague hosted a ceremony where new professors received their official appointment decrees. The Scientific Board of Masaryk University nominated fourteen candidates, twelve of whom work at the university. Four of the newly appointed professors are from the Faculty of Science, two are from the Faculty of Medicine.

The MU Scientific Board also nominated two Palacký University Olomouc (UPOL) candidates for appointment as professors.
