A team of scientists and clinicians led by Šárka Pospíšilová published several important original works in prestigious journals in the field of haematology (Blood, IF 25,4; Leukemia, IF 11,5) and in a renowned journal focused on molecular diagnostics (Journal of Molecular Diagnostics, IF 5,3). It was the set of these papers on the topic “Research and diagnosis of genetic changes in lymphoid leukemias and lymphomas and their significance for prognosis and therapy of the disease” that won the competition in the category of for the best original work.
She received the award for the set of works in Karolinum together with Michael Doubek, Department-vice head in the Department of Internal Medicine, Hematology and Oncology at the MU Faculty of Medicine.
